The success of the business meetings of professional society relies upon numerous factors, which usually play a key role in project success. Some key factors include location of business associations, local arrangements attraction, and ability of the chairperson. Alternately the major role is played by team members where the project management team has to plan program participants, meeting attending cost and the travel fund to the attendees and the number of meeting attendees and the program participants. The first consideration in the planning of business meetings is to analyze and evaluate the situation. The steps consist of meeting the objectives, analyzing target audience and finally determining the methods of implementation.
